Meet Kiley Ellul, the newest REALTOR at The Mullin Group.

In today's real estate market, you need to work with a real estate professional who you can trust. Kiley was born and raised in Las Vegas and has lived all over the valley. When Kiley isn’t working for his clients he enjoys spending quality time with his family and constantly improving his Jiu Jitsu.

He started his real estate career off as an investor and has been managing his own properties since 2012. Kiley received his real estate license in 2018 and has been helping his clients buy and sell real estate as a full-time Realtor® ever since. He is constantly adding layers of technology and supportive services to be innovative and bring customized solutions to get the results that matter most to his clients.

His driving force is his family. Always working on setting a good example for his daughters to be a man of integrity.

Kiley says:

"A few years back I read, Rich Dad Poor Dad my take away was simple 'Do what you love.' I was in a salary position for years and after reading that book and making a few changes in my life I got into 'sales.' Here I am today, I took a leap of faith in myself and it paid off.

Rather than living day to day I like setting 5 year goals. In 5 years, I see myself earning a brown belt in jiu jitsu, closing at least 50 transactions a year and coaching my youngest daughter in sports. Sports are important to me because you learn self discipline and learn to be a team player; these are qualities I want to teach my daughter so she will be a happy successful young woman.

My lead question when I meet my clients for the first time is, 'How are you today?'

From there, I find out what they want in a house, a neighborhood, and then we can begin the journey to find their forever home."
